01How do I create a festival & concert album?
Choose the event type and date, then add its name. You can prepare the album for free by selecting a theme and a QR card design.
02Do guests need to install an app to upload photos and videos?
No. Guests scan the QR code with their phone camera and share photos or videos from the link without creating an account.
03What can be stored in the shared album?
Each album can hold up to 2,500 photos and 100 videos. Each video can be up to 2 minutes and 100 MB, and you can track the remaining capacity from your dashboard.
04How long does the event album stay available?
The album stays available for 3 years from the day it is published. During this period, guests can add new media and you can manage the album.
05Is the original quality preserved?
Yes. Original files are stored without recompression or format conversion. Uploaders can also remove their own content from the same device.
