Terms of use

A simple service. Clear rules.

These terms explain the rights and responsibilities that apply to Toplandık accounts, event albums, QR tools and the publication service activated after payment.

Parties and acceptance

These terms are between the service provider identified below and anyone who creates an account or uses an event link. Using the relevant parts of the service means accepting these terms.

Payment security
Payments are completed through secure payment infrastructure without Toplandık viewing your card details.

Mandatory consumer rights cannot be waived by these terms. Pre-contractual information and any distance agreement shown before payment also apply.

What does the service provide?

  • Event type, date, name, album theme and QR card selection.
  • A private short link plus printable PNG and SVG QR cards.
  • A full-screen digital QR display.
  • Guest photo, video and short-note uploads without membership.
  • A shared album, presentation view and event statistics.

Preparing a draft is free. Guest access and publication tools become active after payment confirmation.

Account and security

  • Account information must be accurate, current and yours.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and reviewing account activity.
  • Change your password and contact support if you suspect unauthorized access.
  • You must have authority when creating an event for someone else.
  • The service may not be used for automated attacks, excessive traffic, reverse engineering or unauthorized security testing.

One plan, duration and limits

  • Three years of use between the publication and expiry dates shown in the dashboard.
  • Up to 2,500 photos and 100 videos per event; each video can be up to 2 minutes and 100 MB.
  • Album themes, QR card designs, PNG/SVG downloads and the digital QR screen.
  • Original media storage without recompression or format conversion.

The current TRY price and mandatory charges are shown before payment. Optional extensions or extra capacity, if offered, are separate purchases and never renew automatically.

Payment and publication

  • Payments are completed securely with 3D Secure verification.
  • Toplandık does not collect or store card numbers, expiry dates or CVV values.
  • An event may move to “payment pending” when checkout starts.
  • After verification, the event is published through the defined approval flow.
  • Additional verification may be requested for incomplete, suspicious or unmatched transactions.

Uploaded content

Rights in photos, videos and notes remain with their owners. You grant Toplandık only the limited, non-exclusive permission needed to store, display, deliver and make the content downloadable within the event service.

  • Upload only content you own or are authorized to share.
  • Illegal, threatening, abusive, defamatory or privacy-infringing content is prohibited.
  • Required guardian permissions must be obtained for images of children.
  • Sensitive personal data should not be uploaded without a lawful basis.
  • An uploader may delete their own media while the ownership key remains on the same device.

Clearly unlawful content, security risks and material violations may be restricted or removed.

Cancellation and archiving

Drafts can be deleted or archived. Payment-pending and published events may be archived rather than deleted to preserve link, record and payment integrity. Consumer withdrawal rights and exceptions follow applicable law and the information shown before payment.

Service availability and changes

Access may be interrupted for maintenance, security updates, infrastructure failures, force majeure or third-party outages. Material changes affecting the core service or user rights will be communicated through appropriate channels before taking effect where required.

Limits of liability

Toplandık provides the service with reasonable care and security measures. It is not responsible for consequences outside its fault or control, including user devices, unauthorized link sharing, third-party infrastructure, physical QR card use or user-submitted content. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Applicable law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Mandatory consumer forums remain available. Other disputes are handled by courts and enforcement offices with lawful jurisdiction.
